Quarterback is observed by a teaching staff member at either a practice
or a game.  This observation lasts for the duration of the game or practice
and can be useful in helping a QB make the most of his talents within his
particular offense.


Much like a scouting report, a written evaluation is provided to the parent or coach. The report will detail strengths and areas for improvement,
along with other pertinent observations.  Often times coaches,  both high school and college, can benefit from information obtained by an independent observer,
