To request a package of individual lessons, please print out the application
and mail to:
Gus Purcell QB School
1029 Granville Rd. Charlotte, NC 28207
The application, along with payment and insurance information
must be received by mail at the above address before lessons
can be scheduled. (Checks will not be deposited until lessons
are scheduled and there has been verbal confirmation.)
One instructor conducts the lesson, and is a member of our teaching
staff.

What to Bring to your lessons: |
1. the football that you will use this season. Get one from
your coach if necessary but it's important that you do your drills
and lessons with the appropriate ball.
2. water bottle
3. t-shirt and shorts are fine to wear, and football cleats
4. a hat is good to have with you
